Postage and packing is included in our prices for delivery anywhere in the UK. If you wish an item/s to be posted to Europe or other international location please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0)773 9535 386 quoting the Item code No. and we shall be happy to quote a price for the delivery of that item/s.
Please note that with all non UK deliveries all local duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not able to advise on the likely cost of any international duties. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may reuse packaging to save the environment. All postage charges are non- refundable.
Standard delivery is via a UK delivery provider such as Royal Mail or My Hermes unless otherwise requested.
Most items will be despatched the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday, and all items will be dispatched within 5 working days unless otherwise specified, for example, where pre-order of an item in a new collection is available for delivery on a specified date. Our website will state availability date if item is expected back into stock and item will be dispatched 3-5 days after this date

If a requested item is not in stock, please contact us and will do our best to either acquire that item or state its unavailability if that is the case. Please be aware that some popular items may sell out so we may not always be able to fulfil your request.
If an item appears to have been damaged in transit, please do not sign for and accept it. Instead, please contact the carrier for a Damage Inspection Report, and request that the package is returned to us.
